Durell will provide complete development services. Clients are supported from assistance with property aquisition to pre-construction planning, project design, site preparation and finally the construction itself.

Project Management
We will prepare initial budgets and continuous budget updates throughout the design phase. We attend to and resolve contract problems on behalf of the client as well as adjusting the project master planning to suit changing requirements and time tables.

Small Projects
At Durell project size is not an issue. Although we have the capabilities to handle large capacity projects, we are also interested in helping clients with smaller scope projects that might have difficulty attracting a reliable company because of their size.
